Civil Aviation: Airlines will download the PCR examination, as of next Sunday

The General Administration of Civil Aviation issued a circular to the airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport, regarding not allowing boarding of the plane for passengers coming to Kuwait, except after registering on the “Kuwait Traveler” platform, with airlines charging the cost of a PCR examination for all arrivals to the country as of January 21.

The circular on the implementation of the Council of Ministers’s decision called for the necessity of establishing a foundation stone for all incoming passengers for a period of 7 days, in one of the hotels designated for stone and listed on the Kuwait Traveler platform, warning that whoever violates the legal procedures will be applied to him.

In this regard, an informed source revealed that ground service providers have finished setting up all logistical services and allocating examination sites for private laboratories at the airport to receive all arrivals.

The source confirmed that there are efforts that are continuing on a daily basis, to activate the Cabinet’s decision to enter into force.
