Cabinet: End the quarantine imposed on categories of travelers coming to Kuwait

Kuwait New, May 19: The Council of Ministers decided to end the quarantine for travelers coming to the country, provided that a PCR examination be conducted within three days from the date of arrival stating that there is no infection with the Coronavirus for those immunized who have obtained the Coronavirus vaccine approved by the State of Kuwait, and those who have recovered from infection with the Coronavirus and have passed their recovery. A period not exceeding 90 days.

The Council also decided to exclude citizens who have obtained a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health, stating that they were unable to obtain the vaccine due to health reasons, from the decision not to allow travel outside the country except for the immunized as of next Saturday, as well as excluding pregnant women, provided they obtain a certificate of proof of pregnancy approved by Ministry of Health.
