Britain Abolition of quarantine for vaccinated travelers from Kuwait

The British authorities updated the entry procedures to the United Kingdom from 4 October and announced the abolition of quarantine for vaccinated travelers from Kuwait and the adoption of vaccination certificates issued by Kuwait from 4 October.

As announced by the British Embassy in Kuwait, as of 4 am on Monday 4 October, if you have been fully vaccinated with two doses of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Moderna or one dose of Johnson & Johnson for at least 14 days prior to travel from the approved vaccination program, You must complete a passenger locator form prior to departure and take a PCR test on or before the second day.

On arrival in the UK. You will no longer need to go into UK quarantine, and no longer need to take pre-departure or day 8 PCR testing.

According to the procedures, it is not obligatory for travelers coming from Kuwait to undergo quarantine for a period of 10 days, and to undergo a PCR examination before traveling, or to undergo an examination on the eighth day of arrival, with the necessity of conducting an examination on the second day to reach the United Kingdom.
