Activating the MUNA program for arrivals from Qatar and Oman on March 27th

Kuwait City, March 17: The General Administration of Civil Aviation announced the start of the implementation of the MUNA program to ensure the reliability of the examination certificate for passengers coming to the country through accredited laboratories outside Kuwait in Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

In a circular obtained by Al-Qabas, the administration said that the start of implementation of the program for those coming from Qatar and Oman starts on the 27th of this month, while the beginning of the implementation of the program for those coming from Saudi Arabia on the 28th of this month.

The administration affirmed that preventing non-Kuwaitis from entering Kuwait continues, and allowing only Kuwaitis and their first-degree relatives and the domestic workers accompanying them.


The administration indicated not to accept any passenger coming to Kuwait from the aforementioned countries except after obtaining a negative pcr examination certificate proving that he is free from the Corona virus, provided that it is valid 72 hours from the date of the swab, and that he does not exhibit symptoms such as cold, sneezing, high temperature and coughing And others, provided that the certificate is issued by one of the laboratories accredited by the MUNA program.
