Kuwait City, March 24: Informed sources in the Ministry of Social Affairs revealed to Al-Anba that the charitable project for the month of Ramadan has been approved and that the competent department is fully prepared to implement it in accordance with the charitable work controls and the observance of health requirements.
Regarding permitting charitable societies in mosques, the sources clarified that the permission or lack thereof is coupled with the approval of the health authorities, explaining that breakfast tables are not allowed in mosques, and it is only allowed to distribute individual breakfast meals, taking into account the spacing to prevent the transmission of infection.

The sources emphasized that donations are collected only through bank deduction, and automated payment methods (K-Net, online, electronic applications via phones, electronic collection devices approved by charities, and text messages of telecommunications companies).
She emphasized that the inspection teams will conduct field inspections throughout the holy month of all governorates and the headquarters and centers of charitable societies.
