Al-Qallaf: The service has not stopped in many departments.. 100,805 electronic transactions have been completed since the beginning of the week
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Omar Al-Sharqawi, issued a decision to form a committee to find out the causes of the technical defect that disrupted some of the automated systems operating in the Ministry of Justice and who is responsible for it.
On the other hand, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for the Information Technology and Statistics Sector Hashem Al-Qallaf affirmed the ministry’s keenness to maintain and develop the ministry’s electronic systems on a permanent basis and to introduce advanced technology means through the automation of procedures to facilitate litigants, pointing out that the ministry always strives to provide all services to all auditors with the highest efficiency and safety.
Al-Qallaf pointed out that the ministry carried out maintenance on its devices, and during that a technical malfunction occurred that was remedied, and we took the necessary measures and made all efforts to fix the technical defect, which was temporarily affected by some departments, including the Authentication Department, the Real Estate Registration Department, and part of the Sharia Authentication Department.
Al-Qallaf explained that with the continuous work to fix the defect, services have been gradually restored to those departments, but at a slower rate than usual, and work is underway to operate these services at their maximum capacity as soon as possible.
He pointed out that 175 transactions were completed in the Real Estate Registration Department and 2762 transactions in the Authentication Department during the past three days, noting that there are many departments in the ministry that did not stop their services throughout the week, for example, but not limited to, the number of transactions that were completed through the automated systems of the courts, implementation departments, electronic payment and certificates And inquiries, service centers and others since the beginning of the week (100805) electronic transactions.
