The Diplomatic Women’s Committee celebrated the return to normal life by holding a ceremony until the end of 2021 and welcoming the new year 2022, in the presence of the Honorary Committee Chair Sheikha Hala Badr Al-Mohammed, a group of female ambassadors and wives of accredited ambassadors in Kuwait, female diplomats, friends of the committee, and representatives of companies supporting the ceremony.
A number of embassies participated in traditional artistic performances inspired by the cultures of their countries, including the republics of Cuba, Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia and Sierra Leone.
The exhibition accompanying the ceremony was well received by the audience.
During the ceremony, the committee presented gift tickets from Ethiopian Airlines and IFA Tourism.
Santa Claus also presented gifts to all participants.
The committee’s advisor, Narges Al-Shatti, thanked and appreciated everyone who contributed to the success of the wonderful and distinguished ceremony.
She offered congratulations and blessings to all, and wished that 2022 would be filled with happiness, joy, health, wellness and success, and that God would lift the scourge of the epidemic from the world.
