Postal sector working hours without exemptions, starting from Sunday

Kuwait News Today, July 1: The Ministry of Transportation announced the closure of four post offices in Khalidiya People’s Post Office, Rumaithiya, Abdullah Al – Salem because of the Ministry’s implementation of the repair work and maintenance of those buildings with the alternative provision to allow citizens and residents reviewed, where the transfer of Post Office services Khalidiya to Adailiya Center, Office of People’s Post Office to Hawally Center, Rumaithiya Post Office to Bayan Center, and Abdullah Al Salem Suburb Post Office to Fayha Center.

In a related context, an informed source in the Ministry of Communications stated that there are instructions issued according to an administrative decision to cancel various types of exemption from official working hours due to the global Corona pandemic in the postal sector, starting next Sunday, despite the decision of the Council of Ministers, which stipulated that the attendance rate of employees should not exceed The 60%, with the exemption of some chronic diseases and female employees who are pregnant.
