Kuwait News, Feb 1: The Public Authority for Manpower moved today and raided a clinic without a license, and referred 16 workers to the “Residency Investigations” to practice medical professions, and they do not hold specialized certificates. And they do not have the necessary licenses to practice medical professions. Reported by Al-Qabas.
That the cabinet’s joint inspection campaign is in the process of implementing more campaigns on some medical clinics, in order to control work and protect society from anyone who tempts himself to do anything related to medicine and public health without licenses.
The Deputy Director-General of the Public Authority for Manpower for the Protection Sector and Chairman of the Joint Committee of the Council of Ministers Mubarak Al-Jafour revealed that a number of violations related to the seizure of an unlicensed clinic from the Ministry of Health, and the violating workers were referred to the Residency Affairs Investigation in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures against them, appealing to clinic owners to Complying with the laws and fulfilling all health requirements and licenses for practicing the medical profession and its allied professions.

It is noteworthy that the joint committee of the Council of Ministers represented by the Public Authority for Manpower, Residency Affairs and the Ministries of Health and Trade is intensifying its campaigns on a group of private clinics in a number of regions of the country. To ensure that the clinics and the workers in them comply with the rules and regulations governing medical clinics and their supporting professions.
