Kuwait News, April 6: The Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr. Abdullah Al-Salman, issued a ministerial decree to allow the transfer and transfer of labor between owners of small and medium enterprises after a year had passed from the issuance of the work permit instead of three years.
The decision stipulated the approval of the employer and the same conditions and controls applied in Ministerial Resolution No. 9 of 2016 regarding work controls for owners of small and medium enterprises.
