Kuwait News, June 10: The General Administration of Residency Affairs Investigations arrested (80) persons violating the residence law of different nationalities, in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Salmiya and Salhiya.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement to the General Administration of Relations and Security Media today, Friday, that the General Administration of Residency Affairs conducted inspection campaigns in different regions of the country, during which it was able to seize (48) cases of absenteeism, (13) cases of expiry of residency, two expiration of visas, and five cases that do not work for A sponsor and (12) cases without proof.
The clarified statement that the campaigns come based on the directives of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, retired Lieutenant-General Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and with the follow-up of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas, to arrest outlaws and violators of residency and work laws.
The ministry confirmed the continuation of security campaigns and efforts around the clock in all regions of the country to impose the prestige of the law and arrest violators and wanted persons, calling on everyone not to cover up any violator to avoid falling under the law.
