Al-Jalawi revealed in a press statement that the decision will be applied for a period of one year, to be reviewed during this period according to the conditions of the labor market, and its consequences in light of the studies that will be conducted in this regard. In addition, the renewal of work permits for the 60-year-olds will start from next Sunday, after publishing the decision in the official newspaper “Kuwait Al-Youm”, while labor departments are awaiting the controls for renewal and how to receive transactions, either through the easier electronic system or the forms system. Sources in the insurance sector revealed that, so far, no official communication has been made with the sector companies to determine the mechanism of insurance policies for the 60 expatriates, but they suggested that the price of the policy would range between 400 and 500 dinars, With the possibility of offering it in the form of a tender for listed companies specialized in insurance to ensure the provision of the best care services. health and not to manipulate the prices of documents.
