Mahmoud Abdel-Hadi surrendered to implement a 7-year prison sentence

Kuwait City, Sep 29: The former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Mahmoud Abdel-Hadi, surrendered to implement a 7-year prison sentence, hours after the former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Khaled Al-Sahlawi surrendered. Reported by Al-Qabas.

The source confirmed that Abd al-Hadi was referred to the central prison by the Sentence Execution Department.

Earlier on Monday, the Court of Cassation upheld the ruling of the Court of Appeals to imprison Al-Sahlawi and Abdel-Hadi, 7 years with hard labor, after convicting them of taking a bribe, to complete some contracts during their work in the ministry.
