Kuwait City, May 11: The reports of a decomposing body in the parking lot of the Manpower Authority headquarters in the Al-Raqi area.
After the report was received, the security men, forensic evidence and the investigations department moved to the place, and found in the clothes of the owner of the body an identity belonging to an Egyptian person.
