CBSE Class 10, 12 term-1 admit cards: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the admit cards for class 10th and class 12th term-1 board exams on November 9. Class 10 board exams will start from November 30 while class 12 board exams will start from December 1. Candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website cbse.gov.in.
The board has also issued important guidelines regarding the conduct of board examinations. According to the notice, marks for practical, internal assessment and project work will have to be submitted by December 23 on the CBSE link. If the marks are not uploaded by the due date, the board will declare the results of the students.
Since CBSE will be conducting board exams on OMR sheets for the first time, a sample OMR sheet with guidelines has been released by CBSE to help the examinees and students. For board exams, CBSE will issue OMR sheets to the exam centers containing the details of the students allowed to take the exam.
Only blue and black ball point pens will be allowed for filling the OMR sheet. Use of pencil is strictly prohibited in filling the OMR sheet. Students have to mark all the answers as per question serial number. After marking the answer in the circle, candidates have to write the selected option in the box provided. The answer written in the box will be treated as final by the board.
Separate sheets will be provided to the students for rough work. Students will be allowed to carry the permitted list of items to the examination hall only. A detailed guideline regarding other exam related questions will be issued by the board on 9th November.
