Mumbai: Former Bigg Boss contestant Swami Om has passed away due to his illness. Today he breathed his last breath at DLF Ankur Vihar in Loni, Ghaziabad.

He has been ill for the past few months and suffered from corona 3 months ago. It is said that even after Corona recovered he had a lot of trouble walking due to weakness and after that, he also had half paralysis in his body.

His condition worsened 15 days ago due to paralysis. He breathed his last this morning.


There is a wave of mourning on social media after Swami Om’s death. Arjun Jain, son of his friend Mukesh Jain, said he was in more trouble after the paralysis attack. He is being treated at Aims.

Swami Om’s last rites will take place in the afternoon at Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi. The name of Swami Om is associated with a lot of controversies. He was fired from Bigg Boss Season 10.

The Supreme Court on August 24, 2017, imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on Swami Om for negotiating with Bigg Boss on a serious issue like privacy in 2017.
